JOB BRIEFING
We will visit your office or site and discuss the attitude, skills and knowledge of the person you are looking to employ. We will also confirm with you the salary range if required.

CANDIDATE SEARCH
We target candidates who meet your criteria through advertising, database search, networking or direct approach.

INITIAL INTERVIEWS
Behavioural based interviews are conducted with suitable candidates to ensure they meet your selection criteria. Reference checks are also conducted as part of this process.

UPDATES
We are in constant contact with you to keep you up to date with the progress of our search.

SHORT LIST
We confirm times for the shortlisted candidates to meet with you. A profile and CV on each candidate will also be provided at this time.

SUCCESSFUL APPOINTMENT
The candidate is appointed; start dates are re-confirmed along with salary.

FOLLOW UP
